Sharepoint calendar link to Outlook

M

Mohamed Arif

* very urgent*

I have successfully linked a sharepoint calendar to be read in Outlook 2003.
The site, server and the desktops are in the same time zone (Eastern
Standard)and the data goes into the calendar properly. However, when the
calendar is linked, the times reflect a different time - 3 hours ahead. The
data is correct on the website.

* very urgent*

I will look forward for your reply

Something is not correct in the SPS settings - you need to check it from the
admin portal.

A shortcut to it is in Admin tools on SPS server - or you can access it
over the web if you know the correct port # - ours is http://server:29794/ -
not sure if that port is always used or varies with each installation.

Try application settings, web application general settings - the time zone
field is near the top. I'm not sure if there are other places to check on
the server.
