shared network printers not showing up

I have only one remote user when he connects to a terminal server and tries
to install a shared network printer and hits " find now" the response comes
back wity no match found. It's a win2k server and winxp client. All other
remote users have no problem adding a network printer to their session and
they can see all other printers when adding another one if need to.

Please help. Thanks, Ed.
