Shared DB Library

I would like to use DB content including modules, tables and queries in
multiple databases. I know I can use the Link Manager to link tables, but I
would like to do the same for code and queries. The reason is to simplify
management of the content.

I thought I saw somewhere that this was possible, but I can't find it now.
I am using 2007 on Vista.

Thanks.

Sojourneer,

You cannot 'link' to anything but the tables. You can split the database
and create as many front ends that you like based off one set of tables. Is
that what you are looking for?

Yes, I know how to Link tables and I use it a lot.

I thought I saw something about factoring out modules and queries as well in
a kind of Include facility. I tried putting them in an MDA, but the
instructions on MSDN on setting up USysRegInfo for AddIns seems to be about
Wizards and Menus only. So I have not been successful in getting my AddIn
recognized, and I am wondering whether AddIn is the right approach.

Any advice?
