only the calendar that created it has write permission. if you are connected
at home using internet calendar, you can't write to it.

so i have to connect my pda with windows mobile to the computer at the
office, sync the calendar and connect it again at home to sync it again ?

this is called a gym-shoe-network.

sounds crazy and hard to belive to me. any other opinion ?

do you have access to an IIS server you control? It needs to be available on
the internet too.
Do you use Exchange at work? If so, can you connect directly to the
calendar?

There may be other online calendar services that will allow you to sync -
there used to be several but some are no longer in business.
