Shared Borders

Using FP2003 I created a site with Shared Borders turned on; under Tools |
Site Settings | Navigation I have left the default options (i.e. Home =
home, Parent = Up etc.).

However, once the site is published, instead of seeing Up / Next / Down as
the navigation labels (as I had hoped to), I am seeing the page titles of
the individual pages.

How can I fix this?

Right click the nav bar and set the properties to Back and Next,
including Parent page (and Home page if desired.)
The displayed page names can be changed in Navigation View.
