Shared border disappears in yahoo store (FrontPage 2002)

I am using FrontPage 2002 to add a shared border to all my
pages, it works well within FrontPage. But when I publish
it through Yahoo Store, the shared border does not show up
in any of the pages. I called Yahoo but they say they have
no knowledge of FrontPage. I have read some FrontPage help
information, and figured that it could be due to two
possible reasons, but not sure about either one. Could our
experts somewhere give me a hint?

1. I thought that yahoo may not support FrontPage's server
extension for shared border feature, but according to
their website, they do support include feature for
FrontPage 2002.

2. A more possible reason could be my fault. In the
beginning, I did not use any shared border and used FTP to
transfer my html files to yahoo to publish my website.
Afterwards I added shared border, and use
FrontPage's "publish web" option, but the website
published looks just as before, no shared border showing
up at all, even though it is perfect within FrontPage
preview. Did my previous FTP damaged its capability to
understand the meta tag for shard border?

Thank for your help in advance.

Yes FTP will damage the FP SE
Have them reinstalled on your site, and then run a Tools Recalcualte Hyperlinks before you Publish All Pages again

PS
Shared borders and Include Pages are design time tools w/ the content (inside the <BODY> tags) of the Shared Border or Include page
"embedded" or included as html in your pages when you save any of the file(s) using them (or save the borders / include pages
themselves)
- you actually don't need them in a live web (unless you are going to edit the site online in FP)

FP converts your page(s) to a series of tables to include the Shared borders, (which are really just a special case of Include
pages)
But FP can not build those tables if either your shared border page content or main page content has illegal html or broken tag
pairs
- usually due to missing </body></html> tags, or unmatched table / cell tags (unclosed table / cell tags), or some other unclosed
html block element

If you can see them using File Preview in Browser they will publish in as part of your pages

If you can't see them using File Preview in Browser, it's because FP can not build the included content tables, so you need to
validate and correct your broken html
