To Whom,
I have an access database that resides on a Windows 2003 server that is shared by 3 workstations. My problem is that the database has to be open on 1 of the workstations, (Call it A) for the other two to open it. If one of the workstations attempts to open it, (Say B) without it being opened on A it crashes and says it must be repaired. Not sure why this is. I get the error below in event viewer
Description:
Faulting application msaccess.exe, version 11.0.6566.0, stamp 42cdb33e, faulting module msaccess.exe, version 11.0.6566.0, stamp 42cdb33e, debug? 0, fault address 0x0002d465.
I have removed and readded Access from all 3 workstations but the issue persists. Access 2003 is not loaded on the server , only the workstations .
Any help is appreciated,
Thanks,
Tom
