Share Outlook PST between laptop and tablet

Wondering if there is a way to easily share the contents
of the Outlook PST, specifically the mail folder, between
a TabletPC and a laptop.

Don't use Exchange for a mail server due to corporate
policies. Instead I primarily use POP3 and store all my
mail on my laptop. I've incorporated a Tablet into my
workflow and found myself needing mail while in meetings
for reference, etc...

Both are running WinXP, Office 2003, Bluetooth.
