Suspected Spyware Reporting Tool.

Your suspicious spyware reporting tool WILL NOT SUBMIT
REPORTS and tells me to "check my proxy settings". I have
tried this on numerous machines on my network with DIRECT
connection to the internet. I was trying to submit a
report about spyware your program does not detect,
several different programs. About 12 to be exact Any way
i can do this manually? Some other way?

I, too, cannot submit a report for the same reason--bogus
complaint about proxy settings.

Software did not find adware that Norton found:
Windows SyncroAd; SyncroAd.exe.

Likely downloaded when installing MSN Music store
software and/or Wal-Mart Music store software--both for
the first time Friday.
