Are you asking where do you put in the POP and SMTP data, or are you saying
that you don't know what POP and SMTP data to enter?

Who is your mail provider? If that is Yahoo, and your Yahoo account
is a free one, it probably does not have POP access.

There are three possible solutions.

1. How did you access Yahoo mail before? If you are happy with
webmail, you can make it your default email service, so that Yahoo
webmail will pop up when you click on a MailTo link on a web page:

2. Pay Yahoo to get their premium "Mail Plus" service:

and use the special settings for that service:

3. Another option is called YPOPs: http://ypopsemail.com
It is free, but requires some technical knowledge to implement, and
if Yahoo detects it, they will disable it.
