setup proxy server, PC connected to ADSL modem router and LAN (2 NICs)

Hello,

I have a PC running WinXP Pro SP2, which is connected via ethernet
adapter to a ADSL modem/router and also connected to a wireless LAN
access point via a second ethernet adapter.

I want to use this PC as a proxy server for the wireless LAN (mainly
for content filtering).

Any help in the setup, direct or references to web sources (I have
'googled' but could not find anything on this specific subject) would
be very much appreciated.
