Setup project returning error

Hello,

I've created a fresh VB.NET Setup project using the wizard.

When I build the project I get the following error message:

ERROR: An error occurred while validating. HRESULT = '80004002'

Any ideas?

Do you always get this error message? It sounds some parts of VS haven't
been installed correctly on your machine. (Or maybe a proxy is missing.)

Which version of VS are you using? and OS version? Did you get any problem
when you installed the VS?

You can try:
http://support.microsoft.com/?id=329214 particularly the section on
missing registration entries.

If that doesn't work, then try to "repair" your visual studio .net
installation.

I get it with most setup projects, I am running Visual Studio .NET 2003 and
Windows 2000.

Its started to happen recently (was fine when I first installed), but not
sure what has changed.
