Setup My own Web Server

Hello,
i made winsock-based web server for my own use, i test it with its ip
& port from my local computer, it is work fine.
But when i test it from internet (outside my network) it doesn't
work??
i have well internet connection, statis ip leased from my ISP,
disablled all firewalls, adsl routing good,...

How can i solve, help ....

Hi
If you have a Router make sure that the listening port that is used by your
Server is open.
If it does not work try to configure the server to another port, some ISP s
block traffic to common server ports.

thanks Jack for your reply,
i do everything regarding router, i configure the virtual server to my
pc ip which in turn routing every incomming connections to my pc using
any port.

(also i try using NAPT routing, but without success).

i think the problem is in my pc configuration of networking ,
firewall , like this...
why not the problem is not comming from the router; because if i
connect to the internet using dial-up (no router) it doesn't work
else!

(i don't use IIS & i don't need it.)

any idea..

As far as I know most Router's Virtual Servers can not be configured to open
all ports. To open all ports the computer should be put on the DMZ, which
rather dangerous, and Not a Good solution.
If the computer has software Firewall, the same listening ports have to be
opened on both the Router, and the software Firewall.
