setup file

I downloaded the iso file for the microsoft website (4GB 64-bit version)
I double clickt the file when ready and automaticly nero burning rom
started. I burned at 4x speed, the lowest my writer can.
When it was ready burning i put it into my dvd drive but nothing happend. I
went to my drive and clicked explore disk. All the files were there but when
i clicked the setup.exe file this poped up:
''E:\setup.exe is not a valid Win32-application''

Any help?...

You are in a 32 bit OS trying to run a 64 bit binary, which isn't possible. You
will either need to boot from the DVD or start installation from a 64 bit
Windows Operating system.
