Setup faxing after restore

I recently restored my computer. In trying to set up faxing, I got an error
message "file fxscfgwz.dll is needed". It also says the file is on Windows XP
CD-ROM.
My computer came without a CD-ROM. Windows was already installed and 2
RESTORE disks were provided. These restore disks supposedly restore the
system to the condition it was in when it come out of the box. That is
without faxing setup.
Can anyone help me ? Thanks Bob

No. Your OEM is responsible for supplying these files. No one else can.

I expect that there is an I386 folder on your hard drive. The file is
there in compressed (DL_) form. However your best bet is to go to
"Add/Remove Windows Components" in "Add or Remove Programs" Control
Panel and reinstall Fax. You may have to uninstall it first.
