setup.exe - unable to locate component

hey from now and then this message pops up this application has failed to
start because LZ32.dll was not found. re-installing the application may fix
problem. this also happens with another thing. C://windows/system32. can
anyone help me? would i just wipe my comp to get it away? because of it i
can't install things onto my comp such as a printer, so i can't print.
