Settings Restore

I was using an infocus device the other day for a presentation, and after that, all of my settings were changed (appearances, font sizes, colors, pixels sizes, etc).
Is there a way to restore these settings to how they were the day before? Colleages have told me to do a system restore, but it's my understanding that is not an option with Windows 2000. Any suggestions?

Dave,

Thanks for your reply. I realize there is no system restore in windows 2000, but isn't there some way to bypass the system without having to go through each individual setting and re-establish the settings?

subkey
