Describe "not working". Is that what you'd tell an auto mechanic if you
were having car trouble? No. You'd give him as detailed a description of
the symptoms as you could. Do the same here, including the version of
Outlook you're using.
Either upgrade to a paid Yahoo account or you can do a search for a
third party program that will allow you to access your free account.
There used to be a program called "yahoopops" but I'm not sure if it's
still around.
