Setting up XP from MSDOS 6.22 vie PXE - does not work.

Hi there,

I'm trying to setup a PC via PXE-Boot.
Running MSDOS 6.22 as bootimage yorks very well. Also works my Drivemapping
via TCP/IP to my XP Share on a Windows Server.

Now, if I run winnt.exe in x:\i386 with loaded smartdrv.exe, XP copies many
files to my Partition on HDD0 (I created it before). After this process
finished, XP waits 30-45sec then it displays a error Message:

Section [files] in setup-inf corrupt. Notify your Administrator

How can I fix this?



PS: Because I have many other Bootimages (DOS-Based, Linux, etc.) I cannot
use RIS.

interesting. If nothing else, it should provide a working template
which you can adapt.
