Setting Up Windows Vista Mail

I have no idea of how to set up the E-mail account on my puter
When i run the wizard for the mail it is asking me for a bunch of
info that i have no idea where to get it from .
I'm on a local cable high speed connection and that is about the extent
of my knowledge of these things.......HELP!!!!!!!!!!

For Comcast:

Incoming mail (POP3, IMAP or HTTP) server:, enter mail.comcast.net.
Type in smtp.comcast.net as your Outgoing mail (SMTP) server.

Then you need to ask your local cable high speed company for the
information on how to set up to use their email servers, since the
information depends on who your email provider is (they are
probably also your internet provider). Or, you could tell us the
company name and see if anyone here already knows where to
find the information.

Connecting to your Yahoo account through Windows Mail requires a
