Call your ISP technical support line and have them walk you through the steps.
If you tell us who your ISP provider is (the part after the @ in your email address) we may be able to help.

Have you ever used email before? If so, what is the part of your email
address after the @ symbol?

I need help also setting up windows mail. So far I'm unimpressed with the
program. What are the language strings I'm supposed to use? My email addy
ends with @frontiernet.net . I'm needing the pop3 and smtp strings to get
going with the setup. I have tried to use pop.frontiernet.net and
pop3.frontiernet.net ; neither work. What am I doing wrong?
Thanks!

Here is the link to Frontiernet.net settings........
Note : it has something to do with your User name Field. Read step 3 and 4.

Thank you very much! The website you sent me too was the somewhat correct
one, I just needed to find it for my particular kind of browser type but the
good news now is that my email works! Thank you again!!!!!!
