Setting up sound question.

I have a Sound Blaster Live, which has 3 lineouts as well as the main
headphones socket.

What I would like to do is direct one or two programs output, namely voice
communications software like Ventrilo or Teamspeak, to one of the line out
sockets. So that I could leave my headphones plugged in to lineout 1 and they
would only get sound from that voice program and my speakers could remain
plugged in to the main line out.

Anyone got any ideas how to do this, or know a program that would facilitate
it?

If this is possible, it would be documented in the manual/help files of the sound card. Most headphone jacks are hardwired to disable the speaker jacks when the headphones are plugged in.
