setting up outlook as default email

We have a new computer. I have email through my isp but since getting the new
computer I've only been accessing it through webmail. how do I set up
Outlook 2003 email so I can receive my email there as well?

Open Outlook and follow the prompts to set up your mail. You will need
to know your user name and password, the same one you use on the web. If
you've already opened Outlook and nuked the wizard to set up mail, go to
Tools/Email Accounts and set up your account.
