Setting up internet access for a second user on my computer

I am a relatively novice user. I have no idea as to how to allow a second
user account on my computer to access the internet.

How do I configure my computer so that the second user account can access
the net without tieing it to my accont. I have set up my acct as the system
admin account. The secount one has all the icons but will not connect to the
net?

If its a limited user,youre better off setting to administrator
temporarly,edit
thru internet options & internet connections,once thru,reset as limited
account.
Also,in users,sign up to .NET,both accounts,as administrator you'll get the
ability
to set the account with make private all documents/files.
