How do I find out what the POP3 or IMAP server is for incoming mail and the
SMTP server for outgoing for Windows Mail (formerly Outlook Express.)?

From the website of your mail provider or ISP.

Tell us the bit after the @ in your email address and someone might be able
to advise you?
