setting up an windows mail account

I have just purchased a laptop with dell, and I want to set up a new windows
mail account from scratch, I have an e mail account with outlook express at
work, which is (e-mail address removed). And we have another e mail account
at our home office which is (e-mail address removed). But how do I set up a new
account on our new laptop. Do you have to transfer my works email address,
and if so how do i found out what type of server it uses.

It is simply a matter of looking at the properties of your
existing accounts, writing the information down, and then
transcribing that information to new accounts in Windows Mail.
