Setting up an internet connection

I'm living in Germany and I'm trying to set up my internet at home but when I
go to create a new connection>setup connection manually>"connect using a
broadband connection that requires a username and a password" is greyed out.
Apparently this is the option I need for Deutsche Telecom so I can put in my
username and passoword. I'm running XP Home edition I think and its a DSL
connection. Any ideas? How can I enable this option? Thanks for your help.

Check out the link below. It is a KB article that describes this
problem and steps to take. You can try to apply this fix to see if it
resolves the problem, but I would also give the ISP support a call to
make sure you are installing the connection properly. Alternatively you
could always read the instructions. =)
