What do you want us to keep you informed about?
That's not how it works.

You come here and ask a question, and, if someone chooses, they answer.

: Thanks.

I am glam to start joining this site; please, keep me informed about it
Thanks.

Four points here:

1. This is not a "site." This is a newsgroup. You are using the awful
web interface to participate in this newsgroup--it's the slowest,
clunkiest, most error-prone method of using the newsgroups there is.
Do yourself a favor and switch to a newsreader, such as Outlook
Express, which comes with Windows XP, or Windows Mail, which comes
with Vista. See
http://www.michaelstevenstech.com/outlookexpressnewreader.htm

2. The participants in this newsgroup are Windows users, not Microsoft
employees. Some of us can help you with your problem, others can not.

3. The way the newsgroup works is that you ask questions, and anybody
else here who is able to and wants to help you may answer it *if* he
wants to. Nobody here can or will keep you informed of anything.

4. From the people who answer questions, sometimes the answers are
correct, sometimes they are flat-out wrong, and sometimes they are
between those two extremes. To make effective use of the newsgroup,
you need to hang around for a while and learn who of us here is
reliable at providing correct information.

Listen, when an answer does not solve the problem, that is a feature. It is
not wrong.

Do I make myself clear on this?
