The keyboard shortcut I created in Word for "paste special" used to work in
Outlook, too. Now it has disappeared, and there's no way -- when I try to
customize toolbars -- to add keyboard shortcuts. Is my Outlook just
error-ridden, or is there some way to counteract this and add a keyboard
shortcut?
