Setting timeouts for RAS clients

I am having a problem where a dial up user is either
staying connected or shutting down his computer without
disconnecting first. Either way he is staying connected
for days, which gives busy signals to everyone else. How
can I set a 20 minute idle timeout and an automatic
disconnect if a client is connected for 2 hours. (I would
like there to be a warning to the client first). I am
using Windows 2000 server with built in RAS. Thanks for

you can set the connection timeout in the remote access policy profile on
the RAS server
