Setting the Default Location of the Style Task Pane

How do I get the style and formatting text pane to appear on the right side
of the screen instead of across the bottom every time I open it?

I have a new laptop with a new installation of Word 2003 and the first time
I open the style pane in a Word document, it shows up across the bottom of
the window. I can move it to the right side and it will stay there until I
close Word.

I can't seem to find a setting to tell it to always open on the right side.

Try this: Exit Word. Delete the Data key in the registry (for more on this,
see http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/AppErrors/MissingMenusEtc.htm). Restart Word.
Now will the placement of the task pane be saved from one Word session to the
next?
