Setting security policies using C#

need to create a function using C# to achieve the following in
windows 2k -
-

Start -> Programs -> Administrative Tools -> Local Security Policy ->
Local Policies -> Security options. Change "additional restrictions
for anonymous connections" to "No access without explicit anonymous
permissions"


basically to set the security policies for local users


can someone please help.
