The "USE CURRENT" and "USE BLANK" tabs under
TOOLS\INTERNET OPTIONS keep getting reset
to "about:blank". The "about:blank" links to a webpage
that I do not care to have accessed. I have reset the
homepage via the internet option and via the registry
settings. Yet, after I change it and the internet
explorer browser is accessed once, the "USE CURRENT"
and "USE BLANK" are switched back to the "about:blank"
link. I have Norton Utilities 3.0.9 installed, which
includes a anti-virus program. However, it states that
there are no viruses and I also checked for updates to the
anti-virus program. Any ideas of where this problem is
coming from. I even went as far as deleting the
C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer directory and using
another browser to download and install Internet Explorer
6 Service Pack 1 again. This did not work. HELP!!
