Setting custom page size using HP PCL

I think I have found out how to specify a custom page size using HP PCL
commands.

There have been several posts about this topic over the past few years, but
no solution that I have been able to find.

I will report back when I have had a chance to finish testing this, but the
solution appears to be:

[esc]E reset
[esc]&l2H select paper source
[esc]&101A custom paper size
[esc]&l8C vmi
[esc]&l1E top margin

[esc]*p0x0Y position to top left corner
[esc]*c0T set picture frame anchor point
[esc]*c5760x9840Y in my case, i am setting a width of 6.62" wide by 11"
long
