Set Up Mail Recipient Automatically

Hi All,
2 Part Question

1) I'd like a macro that would Add "Preset Text" & cell value to subject line
&
2) Automatically open an email 'Mail Recipient' in Outlook using body of
worksheet -BUT NOT- auto send.

You can use this for the subject
