Set up form so mouse scrolls within form rather than database

When I use the mouse scroll wheel in my Access form, it scrolls through the
records in the database. I want to change that, so it simply scrolls through
the form. I keep swithcing records in the middle of inputing, and I get half
the information on 1 client's record and half on another client's record.

I don't know about redefining what the wheel does. Most Access developers
simply disable it. Stephen Lebans has the code that most of the Access
community uses at http://www.lebans.com/mousewheelonoff.htm.
