set up AD on 1 more server for backup

Dear all,
I have some windows 2000 servers (1 domain), one is set
Active directory. Now I want to set up the Active
directory on another available server for backup purpose
(like a mirror setting). But I don't know how to do, could
you give me some instructions? (I tried to follow the
guide of Win2Kserver help book but it was unsuccessful)
