Set names of days to per-user settings instead of system-wide?

Customer using Outlook 2007 on Windows Server 2003 terminal servers.
Users are a mix of english, spanish and norwegian users.
The problem is that the regional settings on the terminal servers are set to
norwegian, and then the
names of the days in the calendar ("mandag, tirsdag, onsdag etc" instead of
"monday, tuesday, wednesday") is set to norwegian which is unfortunate for
their spanish and english users
Are there any ways of overriding this and set it to a per-user setting?

Check in the Exchange groups, but if nothing else, always start outlook with
the /resetfoldernames switch.
