SESSION3_INITIALIZATION_FAILED

I am getting the error message in the subject of this
message, the stop message:

STOP: 0x0000006F (0xC0000020, 0x00000000, 0x00000000)

Scenario:

XP Home Edition (Full Version) booting from CD
Aopen AX6BC (Award BIOS R2.59)
Pentium III 800MHz
Creative Labs TNT2 (tried GeForce 2 also)
IBM 10G IDE Drive

I've disabled video shadowing in the setup as suggested in
the recovery message, but no luck.

Anyone have any ideas?
