Service Pack 2

I have been infected with the winblast32 worm. When I try
to download the patch from the Microsoft site, it tells me
I have to update to service pack 2, but I can not find
service pack 2 listed...hence I can not download the patch.

I am using windows 2000 professional. Any help or
suggestions would be greatly appreciated

If you work at a Bank, please let your IT dept look after
you. SP interference with desktop apps will cause your IT
Dept a lot of hassle.

Their IT dept ought to find a way to upgrade the apps to make them work with
the latest SPs. Contact the vendors of the apps to find out if there is an
upgrade, or to prod them into upgrading. Some vendors do refuse
occasionally, but there are other vendors that want the money.
