Service pack 2, Problems...

Its seems to me that people have had many problems with
Sp2. i.e. sound going, computer wont restart.. etc.
microsft clearly stated that we should all make a system
restore point before installing so restore your computer
to resolve these problems.

also, i found that defragmentation before and after
downloading windows updates has always help. plus turn
off your anti virus programs whilst downloading to
prevent any unlikly conflicts.
