Service Pack 1 and Control Panel Applet Failures

After installing today's Windows Updates, I was offered SP 1. The installation
went very smoothly; however, I now get a "Windows Explorer Has Stopped Working"
message whenever I try to run most Control Panel Applets (System, Welcome
Center, Administrative Tools, Performance Information and Tools, User Accounts,
etc.). The error details in Problem Reports and Solutions seems to be the same
for all the errors with the same Bucket ID:

Searching the Knowledge Base or Tech Net for this ID gives nothing. Zachd, do
you know what this Bucket ID means, or could you explain how I can look it up
for myself?

Sorry, been offline at work due to busy and at home due to getting the new
PC in place. =)

You can generally tinker with DMP files (the Windows crash files) in the
Windows Debugging Toolkit tools and get interesting data.

That generally indicates that you have a bogus control panel installed. If
you put up the DMP file at somewhere I can look at, I should be able to get
much more specific. =)

Zachd:

Thank you very much for your offer of help.

However, please excuse my ignorance, I cannot locate any DMP files. I can
locate the crash in Event Viewer, but it does not give me any more information
than is in Problem Reports and Solutions.
