Service does not start

When I view the system logs in the Event viewer. I found
that there is an 'error' every time I started my
computer. I doubled clicked the error, it displays:

Event Source: Service Control Manager
Event Category: None
Event ID: 7000
Date: 2004-9-13
Time: 12:19:15
User: N/A
Computer: MANDB
Description:
The PMEM service failed to start due to the following
error:
The system cannot find the file specified.

I checked, and I found this PMEM in my windows directory,
Can somebody tell me how to start this PMEM service?

Have you recently installed Home Page Builder on your system? Google shows
a problem scenario and possible fix for NT systems but not XP - although
they both may be fixed in a similar fashion. You can look here and search
