Service Control Manager errors.

Anyone knows why my W2K Server is failing to start
services like Windows Installer, RPC, etc. and cannot
start them from Services and always receive an error from
Event Viewer that SERVICE CONTROL MANAGER couldn't start?

Details of the Event Viewer errors may help. You can use the "Copy" button
and paste them in the body of your message.
