Servers in a single Domain not registering in TS Manager

I've noticed that several servers in my Domain are not displayed in Terminal
Services Manager, although you can connect to them by typing the computer
name manually in remote desktop on an XP workstation. Why would these domain
servers not register themselves in Terminal Services Manager? Also, I have
recently been unable to connect to one of my servers using remote desktop,
but remote desktop is enabled on the server. Just installed SP1 on this W2k3
server, so not sure what this SP did that might affect connectivity.
Thoughts?

Do you get any error message when you try to connect to the 2003 SP1
server?
Anything in the EventLog?

Check if this applies:

Probablly the most puzzling part of this scenario is that when I open Remote
Desktop Connection on an XP machine, then Browse for servers to connect, I'm
only getting 7 servers out of a possible 17. Any idea why my other servers
are not showing up when browsing for Terminal Services hosts? These server
are available through regular network browsing though.
