SERVER service GONE

hi all,

on a win 2000 server OS with SP4, all of a sudden we had a problem and then
we noticed that under SERVICES we could not find the SERVER service!

we looked at the registry and no trace at all... LANMANSERVER is gone.

any suggestion is much appreciated to help us resolve this such weird
problem.

You'll want to bind (check the box for) 'File and Printer Sharing' on the
connection.
