Server password

How can we change the situation where somehow one of our computers in the
office now requires a password to access the common drive? They were
originally set up so that this was not a requirement. I do have the
adminstrators password to get in to change this.

Most likely the problem is on that computer, not on the server. The others
are probably set to 'remember' passwords, and this one has 'forgotten' the
password.

This can happen (for example) if the password to the user's local account is
changed.

If you want to know what the share-password is, try running Korben's RockXP
on one of the computers that does connect.

HST I'd suggest rethinking your security policies. The fact that RockXP can
reveal the stored password 'just like that' should set warning-bells ringing.
