Server not appearing in NetHood

We have a 2k SP4 server that keeps dissapearing from NetHood. We
haven't been able to find anything significant in the event log. The
only thing that makes this server unique is that it is on a seperate
subnet from the NT4 PDC which is the WINS server. We have several
other 2k servers that are on the same subnet as the PDC and they never
have a hiccup.

Any suggestions would help.

How do you connect the two subnets?
