You have an email at microsoft.com?
So that's where you work?

Your Email Provider will have the information you need.

You need the name of your POP3 server and your SMTP server. You have to get
these names from your ISP.

Sorry, I don't understand this question at all. What E-mail? What makes you
think you have *any* E-mail address ending in @microsoft.com? In general,
only Microsoft employees have such an address.

Microsoft, or should I say Hotmail, does not use POP/SMTP server names for the
email system. You need to use IMAP.

BTW: If you are trying to really set up an email account ([email protected])
then ask for help from the internal support department. They are the ones who
should know what the sending/receiving email server name(s) should be.
