Server Freeze

I have a Windows 2000 server on SP4 that is freezing approximately every
other day. The error log shows event ID 2019 - "unable to allocate from the
system nonpaged pool because the pool was empty". I have run poolmon and
find that the Afd may be problem since it is constantly increasing, but I'm
not sure and don't know what winsock program could cause this. I reapplied
SP4 - no help. This server is basic file/print/backup server. Any ideas?
